Order Processing

All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

We provide delivery all across Pakistan.

Orders are generally delivered within 5 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Please note that delivery times may occasionally vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Order Confirmation

Customers may be contacted via phone or WhatsApp for order confirmation or to verify delivery details. Please provide a valid phone number and complete delivery address when placing your order.

Delivery & Receiving

Please ensure that someone is available at the provided address to receive the parcel. In case of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the courier company may contact you to arrange redelivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact MATCO Lights as soon as possible after receiving your order. We recommend keeping the original packaging and providing photos or videos of the parcel and product so that we can review the issue.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver to major cities and locations across Pakistan. Delivery to remote or less accessible areas may require additional time depending on courier availability.
